Ticketed Driver Dumps Full Soda Cup Into Ridgewood Parking Agent's Car, Flees, But Guess What?

A motorist who found a ticket on his illegally parked vehicle in Ridgewood dumped a full cup of soda through the open driver's side window of a nearby parking agent's vehicle on Friday.

A village police officer and patrol supervisor quickly responded to the scene of the Aug. 18 afternoon incident on Chestnut Street near East Ridgewood Avenue.

The vandal had driven off, but police now have what looks to be legitimate vehicle information.

Charges are expected shortly.
